@Min Min

I brought my parents and their very close friend's family to Li Bai for a simple meal recently.

Sauteed diced fillet of beef with black pepper and garlic in red wine sauce, large (SGD88)

This dish was really yummy and the red wine sauce complimented the Australian beef fillet really well!

Roast pork and barbequed meat combination, large (SGD92). This was super super good, consisting of roast duck, roast pork belly, and char siew. The roast duck was super yummy, with super crispy skin and very succulent meat. It reminded me of the roast goose in Yung Kee in Hongkong Central. The roast pork had a very crispy crackling and was sooo good! The char siew was super yummy too, with the sweetness perfectly balancing the savoury flavour.

You could tell how good this was as it was almost gobbled up before I could take a picture!

Crispy roast chicken, large (SGD68). Again, this was legendary as the skin was super crispy, and the meat was so tender and not overcooked. I didn't even need to use the salt given at the side. Again, it was demolished before I could take a picture.

Baked Canadian cod with ophiopogon root and honey (SGD28 per person). I am usually not a fan of cod, but this was great. The sweetness of the honey masked the typical gross milky taste of the cod that I usually detest, and was super melt-in-your-mouth!

Braised whole abalone with sea cucumber, fish maw, black whole mushrooms and black moss (SGD58 per person). The abalone was super tender and fresh, and I really loved the fresh scallops!

Special stir-fried fish noodles with prawn in superior stock, large (SGD84).

I always get this because the strands of "noodles" are actually made of fish, and not wheat. So for someone who avoids carbs as the plague, this was perfect. The stock was super fragrant and savoury, and the noodles were super "q". The prawns were also super fresh!

All in all, this was a really great meal and Li Bai is one of my favourite go-to places for great Cantonese food. For the quality of the dishes, the food was really valued-for-money.

How to? Ppl who reported him simply highlighted his posts to the medical board about his posts.... it's neither slander/defamation nor harassment.... some of this views/opinions ARE fairly controversial... nothing he could have really hit back legally

why not?
you just need a really good legal counsel for anything

we asked the legal abt this before and it’s totally doable one

Own goal.... He identified himself online publicly... He posted the questionable stuff for all to see... It's not even pm or private conversation. You want can take legal action to be sure but little chance of winning

Tis one got sell 肉骨 one? Coz me is allergicbto prawn. But i still can take the soup. Juz cannot jiak the prawn meat nia
I used to be mildly allergic to prawns. Is tam jiak so eat and suffer till I managed to rid of the allergy.
My gf allergy to it seems more serious so can't try this approach. The best prawn noodles I ever ate was at a coffeeshop next to boon keng mrt. It's operated by a prc guy and unfortunately the people at that coffeeshop all seem to be interested in drinking beer and eating different kind of food. So business for the prawn noodles guy was mediocre at best. That was before covid. Wouldn't be surprised if he no longer there.

Got certain code of conduct and ethics to uphold also one bah.... They got lawyers too, don't shoot before checking.... It's not a case of dispensing wrong medical advice in personal capacity wor...
