You are so right about this actually.. that's what the residents who want the enbloc are saying as to why cannot get the 80 percent there.. but the enbloc team there is hoping this time with 2.388m per unit they is high hope

This round marketing agent say will surely enbloc cos reserve price can increase further and will surely get the Owners to sign. The payout this round is very good and with Thomson view gone Lakeview is definitely next to enbloc. The marketing agent is Stanley from Chuan park and he say he got developers who couldn't get Chuan park who are very keen to get Lakeview as total quantum is very palatable for them

Also a banner have been put up on the estate gate as they are gonna hit 50 percent in a few days time
