You got received the 0.5% additional interest on 1st 25K, right?

If you did something wrong, what is reason CIMB give you that 0.5%? Can use that as an argument if they don't give.

Anyway, was on phone with CIMB on other matters yesterday, soon-bian asked was I left out in the crediting of $150.

CSO said wait till Mon Tue see got received or not.

It's the CNY period, they also want to take a break likely didn't make it in time for 31 Jan

yup I did

the tnc for the $150 promo is a separate one from the 0.5% bonus promo, so can't assume receiving one means the other is automatically in place, although after looking at the two documents the conditions laid out are like identical...

I guess they have to take more time to dish out the reward so yeah, just wait a few more days bah.

Can refer Para 11.

I spoked to three separate CSOs on my understanding of this para 11.

All confirmed do 1x SI covers 0.5% for that month that you do the SI and $150, subject to fulfilling criteria and account in good standing.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING CIMB PAY DAY and SAVINGS PROMOTION

Eligibility
1. The Promotion is available from 18 September to 31 December 2024 ("Promotion Period"), both dates
inclusive.

11. This Promotion is valid in conjunction with CIMB Fastsaver/FastSaver-i Salary Crediting and Savings
Promotion 2024 subject to the fulfilment of the requirements and/or criteria under the respective promotion terms and conditions.

Without para 11 is a different game play.

it is such things from the bank that made us not trust them and we end up tracking the interest on a daily basis. i give BOD that the officer is still in malaysia on 31st... hope come back tomorrow to press the release button... $150 is alot for us to have a nice meal for a month daily
