Did anyone notice a "Saving Bonus" credited today to the fast-saver account ?
Is this the 0.5% of the first 25K ? (For the SO of the monthly 1k transfer)

The bonus interest for last month (July) is yet to be credited...

Yes, this $10.61 is just the Additional Interest (0.5%) for salary/SI

my notes in excel:
1.92% 1/7-31/8, withdraw 1/9 reference 30/6, Base 67.10+67.10, BI 44.59+44.59 paid 30/9 , AI $10.62+10.62 (0.5% 25k) paid lastday of next mth

hi all,

For Fastsaver, if I'm participating till Sep, do I need to maintain >10k fresh funds in 30 Sep vs 31 aug as well?

EG.
balance on 31 Jul: $0
balance on 31 aug: $65,000
balance on 30 sep: $75,000
balance on 1 Oct: 0

the T&C illustration seems to say dont need to maintain >10k fresh funds in 30 Sep vs 31 aug

With your example, i will work under the assumption that you are referring to the Aug Promo

https://www.cimb.com.sg/content/dam...nc/accounts/2026/tncs-casa-bonus-interest.pdf
Archived - https://web.archive.org/web/2026073...nc/accounts/2026/tncs-casa-bonus-interest.pdf

With that said

Aug promo is against 31st Jul, and last for 2 months.
Since you are locked into the Aug promo, the comparison for Sep will still be 31st Jul.
Look at the Tnc Point 8 , then refer to TnC point 9, the table example.

Comparison - 31 Jul
Eligible Month - August and September
Pay out month - By 31 October 2026

Yes, I presume so.

If I will to withdraw from one Fastsaver account on 1-Sep, can I immediately move it to another Fastsaver account (assuming the fastsaver acct I going to move to has no fund inside).
Do I have to move the fund to some other banks, before move to the new Fastsaver account ?

i.e Do they track TBR beside the reference month-end's Incremental Balance of the eligible account? :o

So both 0.7% BI on Incremental Balance for Jul & Aug will be paid on Sep.30, right?

Based on my interpretation, CIMB website stated that the additional interest of 0.90% p.a. and 0.50% p.a. are only on first S$25,000.

To earn the additional interest on the first S$25,000 of your CIMB FastSaver Account balance, you may
  • Earn bonus interest of 0.90%* p.a. by simply topping up a minimum of S$10,000 in incremental fresh funds (compared to your month-end balance as at 31 August 2026) into your account from 1 September to 30 September 2026. Fresh funds refer to funds that do not originate from any existing account with the Bank.
  • Credit your salary or set up scheduled recurring transfers (Standing Instructions via GIRO) of minimum S$1,000 into your CIMB FastSaver Account to earn additional interest rate of 0.50%^ p.a.
  • Spend on your CIMB Visa Signature Credit Card and earn 1.00%^^ p.a. for each calendar month where minimum eligible spend of S$800 is posted for the corresponding statement month.
