My OTP Token battery flat. Transfer huge sum required to use the Token.
Is it free to ask for a new one thru phone? Or need to collect from their branch?

I dont recall them giving me a physical token though. Its mainly digital now?

Even for DBS, if you ask for a replacement, they indicated you might be charged and encourage us to use digital instead

I was given physical too. opened account just last year. no digital version. your cimb account has?

I was there at branch open 1 to 2 weeks ago for star saver. No physical token. Use digital token instead

CIMB SG has completely phased out physical tokens. My physical token battery was flat last year but was told die die to use digital token via mobile apps.

Must transfer in 1000 before getting the online banking password? How to check if transfer was successful? Sry if this question was alr asked before here.

Need at least 1k in the account on any given day to get interest for the whole month? If I only fund in the day after I open the account will I still get the 1% interest?

According to the cs when I visited their branch. Interest is calculated and accrued day to day.

So for the day u have $1k and above, u will get the interest

Though u can't see the interest building up, u will get the lump sum added into your account month by month basis
