Singlife is like an Insurance Savings Plan, but gives 2.5% for first $10K and subsequent is 1% for the next $90K. Good for you if you have $15K

Are you asking about CIMB fastsaver ? They don't have new promo rates like esaver or Maybank isavvy. The rates are what is shown until such time that they announce change.

You can open any time. No need to wait for start of the month as they calculate interest based on daily balance and not average monthly balance like most banks (though they credit only at mth end). Just make sure you have at least $5000 for 6 mths if you want to earn the referral reward.
