For CASA Bonus Interest/Profit Promotion (October 2026).

Assuming, my end-of-month balances are as follows:

• 30 September 2026: S$1,000
• 31 October 2026: S$21,000
• 30 November 2026: S$21,000
• 30 December 2026: S$1,000

Will I still receive the bonus interest for October and November 2026, even though my end-of-month balance in Dec does not meet the incremental $10k?

Has anyone checked the above condition with CIMB?

I asked something similar previously. Short answer is U will still get BI for Oct and Nov, but not BI for Dec.

If say I deposited >10k on 5 Sep, then decided not to participate for the BI, so withdraw all amount on 8 SEP, meaning FS acct was $0 since 8 SEP, then on 30 SEP only got the base interest given. Is this FS acct still eligible to participate in Oct-Nov-Dec?

No.

The moment you are flagged as participating in Sept promo, you will not be eligible for Oct promo

it should be 0.7%, not 1.2%

The prevailing interest already given out at month end of Aug and Sep, 31 Aug and 30 Sep

What you should be getting for this 2 days should only be the Bonus interest for your promo period and the prevailing interest for Oct

If you want to be hands on, trace back the transaction history, but since you kept moving money around... i would say it's better for you to clarify with CIMB staff on this

Just a very minor observation that there is a difference between “SI-CIMB” and “SI - CIMB” (i.e. the spaces).
