Hmm... charger is arguably part of the phone, it is best for the phone companies to provide them together to ensure full compatibility and safety. Third parties chargers range can be wide and far and customers may be confused or risks getting the wrong charger, notwithstanding the unnecessary additional cost they have to fork out.
Companies have a dfifferent view of this apparently. :s13:

Pretendedly different view, as long as they escape the responsibility to provide the accessories. Common sense, which electronic appliances do not provide electrical plug or charger? This is an essential safety accessories. But let's stop the discussion on this, we are deviating from CL thread liao. 🤣

I charge my devices before sleep, then wake up charge a bit more so it's ready to go.
Different folks, different needs. :s13:
Overnite charging is a no no unless ur phone has max charging level set to 80%. Always maintain 50-80% of battery level to ensure batt longevity. And make sure do not constantly engage in high CPU processing apps esp gaming to avoid constant heating which will bulge the batt.

Overnight charging use the slow ones. Good for battery health. Also less heat

For me, i use Samsung Routines to set maximum charge of 80% after 11.40pm, and resume charging at 7am. So technically, i won't be charging overnight. I also use routines to stop fast charging after 11pm-ish.

Using slow charge mode to charge my S24 ultra,is about 10w for two and a half hours
10W charger bundled w 2014 mid range device compare to current day's 25W/45W or higher is slow liao lor.
if the phone can choose slow charge, it's good to use it for overnight charging, wired or wireless. haha.

Though slow charge is a lesser evil, it is still not advisable because for some phones, the charger will still push the charging after reaching 100% giving stress and heat to the batt, instead quick charge to 80% b4 sleepg and again in the morning is better. Power bank is definitely a gd option to eliminate worry on the go.
