How to get $3.30 plan? How is the phone reception? Wanted to port my mum's line to cheaper telco as she 90% of the time at home connected to wifi

No more, also CL has pattern issue, advise to avoid. Opt for Simba or Eight Senior Plan may be better. Then when there are 1-for-1 top up promo again, the plan will be reduced to $2.50.

It depends on where you go, not all the time but yes, exhibits same behaviour.
