For circles there's no auto cut off once data exceed just like eight Telco? Looking to switch but scared of anyhow bill shock

I received CL email about exceeding data, fair use, and video streaming.
For internet, like web browsing it was still working.
Then my kid tried to use the tv for youtube and there was some problem. I remembered the email, and swap out with another SIM card.

Checked the app for the next bill and it was still $6.90, no big shock. For the next few days, I waited and confirmed the bill is the same, no shock.

So I think they mostly throttle video.

No bill shock for data but you will be charged for incoming/outgoing voice and outgoing SMS if you exceed the plan entitlement.

Same for SingTel/M1 MNO plans, they will also give you bill shock for roaming incoming/outgoing voice and outgoing SMS.

Same for Zym, Zero 1, VIVIFI and CMLink.

Only StarHub's new 5G Unlimited+ and Platinum plans offer free roaming incoming/outgoing voice and outgoing SMS.

eight and SIMBA offers free incoming/outgoing roaming voice but no support of outgoing roaming SMS.
