LTE-Advanced, 4G Carrier Aggregation, 4G+ are the same thing.

In this case, it just means the phone + operator supports combining multiple 4G frequency bands (usually both FDD + TDD) for faster speeds.

Found this site that shows that LTE-A was first trialled by M1 in 2011, and fully deployed in 2015, a year before Singtel and SH.

Perhaps the real surprise is, why did you only get it now?

Edited PS: It has nothing to do with 5G.

My circle life sim card which I successfully port in on 4 June 2021 until now cannot receive otp but can send and receive SMS, make phone call and use data. Just cannot receive otp only.

This is too long.. suggest u get their support to check @ backend team.

I do a factory reset on my phone and find that some apps such as circle life apps, DBS, binance and food panda can receive OTP. Shopee, grab, fave, singpass and the vaccination site cannot receive OTP.

Get your friend from Singtel and Starhub to sms you and see if you can received their SMS and reply them and they getting your reply. (for testing)

Port in 4 June and today is already 9th days. Seems unusually to me.

Also, are we able to receive credit card OTPs overseas? Just ported over to Circles since its cheaper than my current M1 plan.
