im in the simei/tampines area. Speeds are about 147mbps down, 35mbps down

Lol, sad to announce, after 1.5 months with CL, I have abandoned ship and returned to trusty o' m1, just nice, used up to end of month and porting over because bill doesn't prorate anyway...

Speed was good until recently, same venues/spot, surfing and streaming keeps buffering, to the point that I thought the problem was with my phone...

However, for my Dad and brother, they are still happy CL customers though.

Uh there's minimum 2 bill cycles you need to fulfill on Circles.
Which means if you activate sometime in July, you'll be charged until Sept 30th.

- Bill 1: From July to Aug 31
- Bill 2: From Sep 1 to Sep 30
- Bill 3: From Oct 1 to Oct 31
- ....

Hmm nope, i started Mid-July, so I confirmed with CL that it's until end of Aug.

According to them, just sharing what they said, after the 1st billing is charged/billed, you are free to port out...

For 1st bill: in my case, prorate from mid July - end Aug

Oh, they changed recently I guess. It was two bill cycles minimum.
