Login to the account and terminate. The line will be terminated on the last day of the month. I just canceled 2 lines last month.

Because I have 5 lines with them which given me 100GB per month and unlimited talktime. Cannot finished every month ever watch youtube everyday. So cancelled 2 lines and keep the other 3 which have nice numbers that ported out from Giga.

Circles keep ranging 1-3 bars. Sometimes data doesn't load too even when 3 bars.

Previously on Singtel no such problem and full bars at same spot.
