I think just port out sua lah, instead of continuing to tango with the Circles antics.

There's no response at all. I contacted them they say someone will contact us. Until now also nobody find us. Only the bill keep telling u to pay.

I am porting in from another telco but the number was not in my name, so I have to transfer ownership to me. It has been 2 weeks but Circles hasn't completed the process. Anyone has similar experience? TIA.

but the port-in + transfer ownership process is broken.
Other telcos need to sign physical transfer ownership form which is too troublesome.
Would urge to avoid Circles as far as possible, seems like they are pulling out a fast one.

They have always been pulling a fast one, all the * that states that plan reverts to $XX/mth thereafter.

I have a $0 plan now and my sim card is just stowed away and i do not have Circles.Life app on my hp. Whats the update now on the $0 plan, hearing some saying would be changed to a paid line and might be charged off the card?

officially the FAQs on circles.life website say the customers can opt to stick to the existing $0 or $5 plan, but that's not true. In reality, announcement has been sent via SMS/in-app pop-up as claimed by circles.life, but many customers missed out that important announcement, so circles.life offers to extend the auto-migration timeline for another 3-months, as stated in the recent email by circles.life.
If you don't receive any announcement (email/SMS/in-app pop-up), you better check directly with circles.life to avoid any unpleasant surprise.

Just wanted to take a look how and what it is/was like, since nothing was received and verified w CL prior that no action needed.

Apparently some users are still able to use the $0 flexi plan without getting the forced upgrade.

You should check if the line is still active, since the plan was supposed to be auto-suspended if no usage or activity after 3 months.

Try putting in the circles SIM into a phone and login the CL App to check on status.

For my case (and many others), the plan was auto-upgraded and billed on 1st June 2024.
No prior notifications, other than an SMS which states that the plan will be upgraded but no further details provided, not from email or SMS, etc.
Like you, I didn't have the Circles.Life App installed on my hp back then.

Hi, so eventually did you manage to port-in + transfer ownership to Circles?

How is the $11 Circles 5G SA plan?
In terms of coverage, consistency (does it drop back to 4G often) and speedtest if any.
