they ask me to turn on secureme, i ignored it. hahaI second to that, the nightmare of the $0 plan saga is still haunting me.
They asked me the reason why i need to turn off secureme. I told them it will facilitate my port out process. Lol

diao them, other telcos or mvnos no such secureme feature and all are doing well, what\s say say on secureme? Can your secureme block all scam calls and ensure my funds is not transferred out/.
Definitely a lame excuse. Like buying phone without providing charger and still saying to save environment, of cos is let customer spends more to buy charger. Actually the best way to save environment is not to launch new phone models yearly.

3rd party ones provide better stuff, but the annoyance is to use environment like an excuse.

Hmm... charger is arguably part of the phone, it is best for the phone companies to provide them together to ensure full compatibility and safety. Third parties chargers range can be wide and far and customers may be confused or risks getting the wrong charger, notwithstanding the unnecessary additional cost they have to fork out.
