I am using CL 5G hotspot to my wife company notebook with VPN connection to her office network. CL 5G couldn't connect to her office VPN, it works when i manually switch to 4G. Is there any work around for 5G connection to work as 4G data is kinda slow and signal is poor?

Samsung S21 plus which is certified for 5G SA. I have also testing on Samsung S25 Ultra, the result is the same, not able to connect to office VPN. Both devices no issue with 4G data connection.

iIRC, it was CL which shook the traffic lights up who were charging exorbitant prices.

I stayed with them for many years from the time they gave free trial to when they changed $5 a month.

3rd quarter of last year, Singtel fought back with a Heya Plan. Free for 6 months, $5 per month after that. 200GB local data, 200GB roaming data. Plus talk time and SMS which I am very unlikely to use.

Meanwhile CL was still giving 20GB.

I ported my number to Heya.
CL finally tries to fight back with a 500gb local data plan for $5.

Isn't it too late?

How many of your customer have left while you were still giving 20gb?

And your latest offer does not even have at least roaming to Malaysia. Your 500gb is more than what the vast majority of old folks could even use. Splitting it to 250b local and 250gb Msia, Thailand and Indonesia would have been a smarter way to try to win or win back customers.

Seems to me that the old team of marketers working in CL had already resigned...left to work for Singtel? And who's in the department now?
