Singtel comes in strongest, followed by Eight (StarHub), Circles (M1), and then Simba. But for local use on 4G plans, Singtel Hi is hands down still the best

I have Simba senior plan @ $5..

I also ported my CL line to Singtel Heya, now renamed Singtel Hi. It's as you wrote, local data plus roaming at MIT.

So for $10, I feel like some big shot with 2 phone numbers.

Truth be told I am unable to use up all those GB on both lines. It's just a marketing gimmick to poach customers. Even if a Telco gives me a million GB, what difference would it make when I usually use about 10 GB of data every month. But the roaming offered by Simba and Hi are too good to pass up...

Simba $5 plan for seniors has roaming.

If you are a retiree who goes to JB once or twice a week, you would appreciate being at least able to Whatsapp.

With all the bad press on CL, to be fair their prices are still good if itchy fingers are kept away from app.

And i just recalled that their esim can reinstall 10x without charges. Not unlimited but user friendly enough.
