currently my dad's number is under my name/ic

Do I need to register with Circle life with my name/ic or register my dad's name and ic and do the number transfer later once i receive the simcard?

If the number you wish to transfer to Circles.Life is not registered under your own name, don’t worry. We’ll assist with the transfer of ownership. During sign-up or activation, select the option to transfer your number. After receiving your SIM card, insert it into your device and log in to the Circles.Life app using the assigned temporary number.

Once logged in, you can initiate the ownership transfer directly from within the app.

Before Initiating the Transfer, Make Sure Your Number:​

• Is a post-paid or prepaid number.
• Is active with your current telco (suspended or inactive numbers cannot be transferred).
• Has no outstanding balance with your current telco.
• Does not need to be registered under your own NRIC/ID with your current telco, as ownership will be transferred to your name with Circles.Life.

How to Initiate the Transfer of Ownership in the Circles.Life App:​

1. After receiving your SIM card:

Step 1: Navigate to Profile > Account > Port-in Number.

Step 2: Fill the fields to complete your transfer request

• When asked, “Is the number you are porting registered under your own NRIC/ID?”, select No.
• Select Retrieve My Info with Singpass.
  

• Complete the Singpass verification process.
• If the verification is successful, review and confirm the registered owner’s details.
• Enter the following porting information:
  • Mobile number to be transferred to the SIM card
  • Number type: Postpaid or Prepaid
  • Donor telco or current service provider
  • Preferred porting date
  • Registered owner’s NRIC or ID number
• Complete the process by providing the required electronic signature.

If the transfer is unsuccessful, follow the next steps here.
