Interesting plan, wonder if they allow on-demand subscription and termination since it's all e-sim. If so, would be great for those ad-hoc trips.

• Hotel Perks

1. User (Pro plan subscribers only) gets $20 credited to his account from the time of signup.
2. Every month, $20 gets credited at the start of the subscription cycle
3. Accumulated credits can be converted into an Expedia voucher in denominations of $20.

• Redemptions are locked in the 1st month. The user can redeem up to $40 from 2nd month onwards.
• Accumulated vouchers are capped at $60 at any one time

5. Once converted to a voucher, the voucher is valid for the next 30 days
6. Each voucher has a minimum spend

• $20 voucher has a minimum spend of $100
• $40 voucher has a minimum spend of $200
• $60 voucher has a minimum spend of $300

if I subscribe to the 3GB plan at $10, when I'm overseas, if finish all 3GB, can pay money top up more data?

Looks more convenient than Starhub prepaid card.

I’m also keen to try for a planned trip to Japan in December. Any reviews for roaming in Japan? I read their FB where someone complained that it doesn’t work in MY.

I have personally tried it in Malaysia and managed to access data immediately after I crossed the Tuas Causeway. It uses Celcom as its roaming partner.

According to the CSO I spoke to, there is no top up option. Once you use up the data, you need to wait till the next billing cycle starts to get more data.

Only if your phone can take an eSIM card. If not (or if you prefer to use a mobile Wifi), the Starhub prepaid card is probably still about the best option for data roaming with a physical card.

I take these complaints with a grain of salt. Half the time, it's quite likely to be user error...

So if I sign up just for holiday in Dec for 2 weeks, can I cancel it upon return?

check the faq https://travel.circles.life/shop/?r...MI9N6Q3q-0-wIVmH4rCh1NEgO1EAAYASAAEgJogvD_BwE

"We'd be sorry to see you go! The cancellation of your subscription takes effect at the start of your next cycle. E.g. If your subscription cycle renews on the 25th, and you submitted your request to unsubscribe on 10 Oct, your unsubscription will take effect from 25 Oct onwards. Up till then, you can fully enjoy the benefits of your subscription plan."

Agree. They don't seems to be ready with this launch. All half bake info or faq in their website. Emailed them for info, see how long they reply. Else can forget about getting this cos when u have problem, they will take even longer to reply.

Ok, just got their reply.
------
Please note that if the data allocation has been used up under your Jetpac subscription, the data connection will stop unless you do a data top-up or wait for the following month for the data allocation to reset.

Data top-up options are available for Lite & Pro plan users. Top-up options include:
1GB for $8
2GB for $15
5GB for $25

As for the hotspot, there is no restriction. Both Android and iOS users can now enjoy the hotspot feature! :)

Thanks for checking.
Alamak looks like need to give it some time for them to sort themselves out if they are giving different info to different people.
