The platform fee ish 30 cents/month. But common sense will tell u not to karcheow paying customers. As long as they're paying u dun wan them to suddenly wonder if there's a better deal elsewhere. Plus nobody likes to be nickle and dimed.

Description of it ish really no value to me, but good for their staff to hit KPI:

"At Circles.Life, we are committed to continuously enhancing your experience through innovation, transparency, and a relentless focus on customer value. As the only telecom operator in Singapore running a fully self-developed, locally built digital platform, we are uniquely positioned to introduce meaningful improvements that serve you better.

"We are pleased to announce a series of upcoming enhancements:

  • Complimentary access to premium AI tools that support productivity, creativity, and everyday problem-solving.
  • A refreshed Circles of Joy Rewards program, with expanded benefits and recognition tailored to your usage and loyalty.
  • Exclusive lifestyle offers from leading brands, seamlessly integrated into your Circles.Life experience.
"To ensure we can continue to develop and deliver these enhancements sustainably, a platform fee of $0.30 per month will be introduced, effective 1st May 2025. This fee will appear on your monthly bill and directly supports ongoing investments in our platform and services.

"We understand the importance of clear communication and responsible pricing. This fee allows us to provide even greater value while maintaining the digital-first, customer-driven approach that defines Circles.Life."
Very vague description, what exactly they're going to deliver and provide to paying customers lol. I guess they think most of the people won't bother with extra $0.30 charge monthly :ROFLMAO:

I signed up for the 750GB $8 plan. The order indicates that platform fee is chargeable for plans activated after April 28.

I jump ship out of CirclesLife liao when they emailed me about the the ** platform fee...totally dont deserve the 30 cents based on the quality of their apps, how they activate their add-on VAS for my line and their customer service

In the grand scheme of things 30 cents is nothing. But I totally don't get it - telco service cost is going down across the board, more data for less. They could've just reduce price more slowly. Instead, they sneakily add this into the bill (I only came to find out because my bill don't add up, how come suddenly got 30 cents extra).

Why try to nickle and dime 30 cents and make people jump ship out of principle.
