Went for Clavon briefing today afternoon. Was raining cats and dogs. Two big towers at 36th story each. Just opposite Hua Nan school. I like the 1 bedder with an attached study and the 50m infinity lap pool plus tennis court. The LINQ has no tennis court. Check it out

So near yet so far, this could be a deciding factor for parents who wanna send their kids to Nan Hua primary, not sure if there are other popular primary sch in that area other than Nan Hua. Parc clematis is within 1km right? Maybe there’s a premium for Parc Clematis due to the sch factor.

Parc riviera has seen 17 units transacted this year in subsale/resale.
Tho some may find it Ulu (no mrt or amenities) parc riviera has one of the highest rental caveat transacted in a year.
A total of 427 rental caveats, which makes it top 3 based on volume right after The Sail & D’leedon (both are MEGA 1000+ units project whereas PR has 752units)

PR has 427 units rented out? Wow... Whooping 60-70% units all for rental? Not sure how well taken care it's going to be
