but to 208A's 117,119 and 208B's 121,123..they are more worry if new building once up may block them infuture...

I went to the location, in front of 117 &119 is Blk 206, next to it on the right is the school basketball court le, unless they are going to demolish it. How you know will have more buildings blking 117 &119 views ? Share lei

infront the 208B, there are abit of tree and a jogging runway...we must see our 2flats built up and then we can know how much the land left....

i realised that the selection pattern for 3-room is kind of weird, especially blk 208A, where a handful of people chosen 113 low floor over unit 115 where there are still plenty of high floor units left and no afternoon sun??

Today, there is no drop out and all 3 x 3 Rm units fully taken up by 3 Q Nos. leaving balance of 98 units for selection.
