Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 4-Room flat in Clementi under the July 2012 BTO exercise as at 21 Sep 2012 : 00135

3 going for selection today.

Today 5 going for 3 Rm selection @CG. Last Q No. of the day is 0098.
Yesterday take up rate was bad only 1 out 3 selected the flat.

Seriously with such a high drop out rate for 3-room, even the most unlucky applicant holding the last queue no also guaranteed can select a unit. We will see CG in sales of balance flat in years to come.

As for 4-room, almost all high-floor units were taken. Likely 4-room will be sold out for this BTO as there are more than 900 applicants in total.

Now the waiting game begins....3rd Quarter 2016 seems so far away

#117 stack units fully selected yesterday!! Now which stack is next?

Is #121 really that bad? People rather take #119 low floors, no view, afternoon sun, exhaust smoke from eating house than taking #121 which still have high floor >20 available?

for my new home, i will buying the outside space if HDB allow.. so that i can close the gate door and open the main door at all time..more windy..

Doubts HDB will allow you to buy the space as it was already stated in the brochure that they will not entertain any request to purchase the outside space. Actually there is no need to buy because CG is a point block design, which means your neighbour would not pass by your unit to get to their home. You can jolly well open your main door at all times and still enjoy privacy.

:eek: can not meh?? but if can get outside space, we can put the shoes box, bicycle over there and gatedoor is to prevent stealing...my friend say..move in first then later talk to MP..let MP talk to HDB...

Finally, got my 3 Rm unit@Bk 208A! yesterday:)

I second the view that you can't buy the outside area, and i also think MP won't help la. It's not a life and death kinda thing imho. heh.

we wait for our new house ,then see can buy or not...if can , is better...:s8:

The space meets technical requirements:
A) Relating to design, access, fire safety, ventilation etc..
B) There are no sevices in the space.

CG had the highest subscription rate among all the July BTOs...the most popular and sought after estate, even higher than bukit merah. Not doubts that it will be the first to be sold out since CG has only 270 units.

One thing to point out, from what i see in Sep BTOs, their block has only 3 lifts and serving 6-7 units per floor. Now i realised we have 3 lifts too but only serving 4 units per floor..shorter waiting time for us. :s13:

ya, many of my friends want to visit our new flat, they said is a nice place with 4units, 世外桃源。。。house warming, must make 4times for that month..ha..ha...:s13: and i everyday will ask my friends who taking mrt, check for me ''start build ready or not?'' for our new home... ..he ..he...everybody can see my home so close...i also like the master room window with the L shape..no side by side, no door face door,kitchen no "arm more more"...

now the 4rm and 5rm the storeroom are at the side door..dinning table side can see through to the room, is it good?? i prefer the storeroom at the center..

I prefer those in the kitchen, cos I find the ventilation openings damn ugly.
