The root of the issue is the wife does not like to live with parents.

Factor:
Why sell the condo when you can just stop renting to other ppl after their rental contract is up. The crux of the issue is they are in debt and the monthly rent from the condo is unable to keep up with this family's expense. The pressure of feeding 3 kids weigh on them.

Their solution:
I believe this couple live with parents around sutd there the landed housing, and separately they own a condo but they rented out to other people. So now they decided to sell the condo is to get money to buy a hdb and save some cash up from the sale, so their kids can have future education money and don't have to live with his parents in the landed housing.

My opinion:
The first thing I agree is to settle the card debt first. Don't ever owe the bank money. It can bankrupt a person.

U nv read this case. Her parents live in hdb. His father cut him off so cannot move to Reflections. His mum live in a hdb (now this is a story for another day about how the father divorce the mum for a pittance hahah)

The card debt is too high. The proceeds from condo after returning cpf and remaining mortgage amount, it is too low to help this Au yong khin mun

The wife wanted to sell condo and buy a hdb for their family. Basically downgrade.

This guy if debt too high, just declare bankrupt and slowly get a job n repay back. The problem is he in his whole life cannot work and keep a job. He also dont want to lose face as a bankrupt. He just want people to bankroll n feed him.

Got a limit to the heaven blessing leh. Ppl like him wack wife many times, throw her on floor, still spend 1.5min to kpkb gan her while she in pain on the floor. U sure au yong khin mun will be blessed still ah

and from what i understand.. condo is given by his father? and his wife wana use condo sales proceeds to not clear his debts first? shouldnt the first priority be to clear debts then find housing? afterall, the condo is given by his dad? or is his debts so huge that if clear debts, cant afford house?
