PHV are the one who pushed the COE prices up. The costs is 100% pushed to their renters.
There should be a separate category for PHV drivers.
PHV car owners must proof that they are using it as a public transport, clock in certain time daily to prevent misuse of it.

And he is using proportion and percentage instead of the amount of foreigner and PHV bids to argue his point, this doesn't make sense because obviously they are the minority.

He should use the chart of number of increased bids by foreigners and phv. He is just using data to confuse and gaslighting the parilament
