Why moi feel that most families can afford 40% downpayment? say 90k car, about 40k. If you have 4 ppl working in your family, 40k is not that much :s13:

Sure or not? Your dad ask you to fork out $10k so that he has a car to drive to work. While you still take train, will you or not?

Can go to 40K is better than nothing.......

one hit 50k mark, don't be surprised that alot alot of ppl will enter. I have asked around my colleagues/friends. Most of them waiting for about 50k to enter wor. maybe feel 50k is a reasonable price. Most of them never experienced that 10k coe days. :s13:

Today is the closing day for April coe bidding. Heard from the experts alot of buyers book base on 60k price. Probably this price will stay until the backlog is clear. At least need 15000 of such coe. This is also about 4months. Once this group of buyer gets their car. They will be out. The next level should be 55k. But probably need 4months and increase the quote which we expect to see.
