All these are indication of over stock of coe at current price.

Maybe we need the price to go around 55k for the next round of buyers to come in.

If let's say renew 10 years for 61k now, after 1 year if you decide to scrap, you'll lose maybe slightly more than 6.1k I guess? Since COE is fixed, buy high sell high. Buy low sell low applies?

Coe depreciates linearly. 100k coe after 5 yrs will get back 50k.
