steadily the COE prices will drop.

untill when COE drops to 40k....those who bought their cars with 70k-80k COE will want to quickly scrap their old(1-3yrsold) cars, get back the unused prorated COE(2yrs old car will get back 56-64k of the unused COE).

they will then use it to buy another brand new car with lower depreciation!
This will Accelerate MORE quotas to be released into the bidding pool.

If can wait....4Q will be a good time.
