Next tender on 18/11/15 should go up again.

10 days time LTA will announce coe quota for Feb to April. Dealers already have a idea that quota will increase. Therefore this round they hold back. The price for cat A should be from 47 to 52k for the next 2.5months. Come March. Price will drop another 10k. It is supposed to go downhill step by step.

Exactly, it's a step down due to the amount of deregistered COE in the coming 18 mths.

I can bet my last dollar, all the car dealers had already secured many deals at $55K guaranteed COE before they bidded 45K this round, they had been doing this trick for decades when COE is flooding.

COE goes down you think car price will go down? Let's see. I think dealer will just hold same price. Same like oil price.
