That's a good starting point.
Not to forget after Jan/2018 motor show, COE drop and cough many by Suprised. Will the history repeat? No body know. Price is control by the dealer. Exact car price is never transparent to buyer.

New car price impact not so much. Example COE drop 10k, new car the most drop 3k.
