I wait until tulan after 10min then used grab book new ride.

Now my comfort app still showing waiting for the driverup. He drive further and further away.

Should I cancel or just leave it. The comfort app no report current ride function..

just cancel lor. before driver reach pickup u got 4 free cancels a month after a driver is assigned, so shld be no charge. if it still charge u, go Zig app Help Centre, they got a FAQ for driver not moving / taking too long, can dispute there

Alamak. I reach destination and rush do my stuff and forgot I never cancel.

Now recall open app then the ride task is still ongoing... And there is no option to cancel it liao

Last time when drivers play this trick with me, I will just leave it open while I get a ride with another app. Let the driver do the cancellation.

I believe so if they keep cancelling. Also for Grab, not sure about comfort, if passenger cancel after X minutes, driver get some compensation one.

i ever get cancel, but the next one accept less than 1 second.

Yea I booked on another platform. But apparently I can also do another booking on cdg also.

I got the ride from grab platform Liao then forgot about the cdg app when I reached destination. Now it shows it's ongoing but no status of driver location. And also no cancel option.

I told the driver I tried book via zig app, can't find any. Usually mine takes less than 30s..

So zig app is down?

Actually if last time, if the record show 90% cancellation operater call and give warning

yesterday at 1pm+ try cdg to book taxi but no taxi want pick up.

Went to use Grab, Tada also same.

in e end use gojek but the driver driving sibei rabak.

keep pressing and let go the accelerator non stop...

Zig app turns to sh it sometime in mid Mar this year when the app dun register
TMFT as a single location. It turns into taxi stand, open carpark, departure for
start location.
Only taxi stand can work but it cant be saved.
Knn, for end location is ok. Only start location is an issue.
Who changed this? Siao si bo?

My neighbour is comfort driver say like no business like that.
I tell him the appt really f up, he has to tell he company about.
Not sure if he did.
He say sometimes apps didnt prompt him, despite got person standing
at taxi stand. Only call in works - very jialat even for drivers.
