check ur hdd/ssd health through hdsentinel/crystaldiskinfo,
run memtest and check ur rams to see if there are any error
just find a replacement board to solve ur issue if all the above have been tested?

ok. will do that tonight. i read around online..most ppl say its ssd/hdd issue...

After some troubleshooting here and there...i think i can conclude my new gtx 1080ti is the issue..

1. Hdmi on mb gpu..all works fine
2. Hdmi on gtx 1080ti...screen freeze and shutdown..monitor no signal

Anyone familiar with zotac rma? bought through lazada and distro is techdynamic. Need anything to test? Will they give temp gpu while rma?

p.s. the screen freeze...become no signal...then this time go take out box and look for purchase order...suddenly screen on back (usually I straight restart the computer). now the screen become big and NVIDIA driver gone..no more NVIDIA control panel

It can be your PSU too.

Whyy..sigh..

The whole system works fine with mb gpu..only happen when i plug in hdmi/dp to my zotac..the problem come out agn.

Tried changing to pcie2.0 x4 and still the same (so not pcie 3.0 lane problem)

If its psu problem..the problem shud continue irregardless of mb gpu or my gpu..right?

Troubleshooting till sien.very frustrating..any help is greatly appreciated

both superflower and zotac card are under tech-dynamic, can just bring both go over to tech-dyanmic and let them check.

no point trying to troubleshoot if you dont have any spare parts to test (you are just randomly guessing which one is the faulty part), might as well let the distributor test it for you.

there is only one distributor that opens on weekends - sat 9am - 12pm, which is ban leong only. the rest of the distributor work as per normal office hours on weekdays.

It depends, i'm talking about generally for most distributors.

If PSU tested faulty, if have stock will do a 1-1 replacement on the spot, else will have to wait for buffer stocks to come in.

For GPU depends if it's a new release series or not, some provide 1-1 replacement whereas others will need to send the card back to the manufacturer, probably take around 4-8 weeks depends on if there are any public holiday / event / testing of the card / the duration the distributor take to send the card back as they go by batches.
