Get a 30+ year old Mansionette. 3 bedrooms upstairs for you and kids, downstairs there's living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, storeroom, toilet and extra storeroom under the stairs. You can convert the dining room to an extra bedroom and the house is still spacious, good for elderly no need to walk up and down. I used to live in a mansionette so Im familiar with the layout and how you can customise it.

Dont listen to those who ask u to buy the 1.7m condo coz you need to loan at least 1.2m. Thats madness.

HDB MOP this year.. value 500k with 180k left in loan. For some complex family reasons I need a dual key as my next unit. Income wise, I am 31 with annual income of 150k.. wife earns about 40k.. got two kids to support, no car
