They made profits got give dividends

singles is the lowest tier of citizen here. If can, they would exile them to ubin

At 35 years old, singles would have worked for 10 years and earned half a million dollars with 1/3 in CPF. $200k CPF as downpayment can buy a 5 room flat at $600k

$100k in Seatrium (very volatile)
$25k in Genting (casino is lucrative)
$25k in soup restaurant (easy to manipulate)

Singtel last year only $2.20, now too high.
DBS I sell off because I take profit

Genting earnings drop 40% last quarter.
I think stock price would likewise drop further. Seatrium has future potential, now crawling tho due to tariffs & lower earnings.

I bought another $40,000 of Seatrium shares at $2. I have about $120,000 of Seatrium now, still got about $200,000 cash. My cash is earning 2.58% at GXS bank and 2.28% at Maribank. If Seatrium crashes 20% to $1.60, I will buy another $100,000 more.

I have $1.2 million of FD and a $0.6 million house. $120,000 is only less than 10% of my wealth. Temasek owns about $3 billion of Seatrium, I only own $120,000. If Seatrium goes bust then Temasek will be f***ed

But Temasek have a history of writing down some of their investment, few hundreds of millions before.

You have deep pockets, I only have $20,000 spare cash and savings of $32k in OCBC. I still got a hdb loan of 20 years remaining and my CPF just barely meet the BRS only.

im waiting at 1.96. U need to kinda decide what number u wan. Can be charts or whatever gut feeling. I may not get it & it may fly or it drop even more when im in. shares are risky. play what u can lose bah.
