Actually slow down and look doesn’t really matter if the cyclist is reckless. Cos you could have slowed down, check clear, move off and the cyclist came out of nowhere and rammed your side. You still kenna. Especially if he gets injured.
Chances are if there is evidence nothing will happen to the driver but chances are, a car has camera to the front and to the back but not to the side so exonerating evidence will be from other car cameras which is kind of banging on luck
If you slow down at the zebra crossing and keep a lookout, it's impossible to hit the cyclist crossing the zebra crossing.
