Wonder how the judge will past judgement. Cyclist is obviously at fault, it's a pedestrian crossing so by right a cyclist have to dismount and walk across not cycle across. So I hope the judge don't disappoint by blaming the motorist for not slowing down when nearing a pedestrian crossing

so far I never come across news cyclists getting charged by traffic offences. they damage ppl car purposely due to road rage also never heard of them getting charge.

Never once got see any articles about holding non-motorists such as pedestrians and cyclists legally and financially accountable for causing accidents. Nothing about tightening enforcement for jaywalking, ignoring red light.
