the best I read in SGRV channel is that someone claims is at night and not affecting anyone, which means it is ok to break traffic rules at night when there is no one, their logic is very mind blowing one :s22:

I bet they will conveniently not mention anything about the pedestrian crossing the road when they say not affecting anyone :s13:
so car can do the same?

Pity bus and lorry drivers who cannot manoeuvre as easily as car drivers

Some of these spandex gh3y boys are drivers themselves mah, so just deduct 12 points from their driving license?

The rest just fine more $$$.

Anyway nothing will happen to these scums unless someone important is involved.

that's the system and culture here now. since they are ok with allowing hobbyist to endanger and create inconvenience, I can organise a running group and run on the road to hog all the traffic and hack care all the traffic
