They are all underaged. In before they are very filial sons, good academic results, bright future, dunno how to do bike maintenance so no handbrake.

This type of nuisance cyclist not only happen in orchard road as well as Seng Kang and Punggol where they can be seen speeding on the road with no helmet or riding and doing stunt in hdb estate at wee hour
