Bus driver should really blast horn at him.

And bus companies should also equip buses and/or bus drivers with camcorder(s) to record any quarrels, fights, bad behaviours of people, accidents etc. Can be used as video evidence should the bus driver be complained by the offenders.

Yes, when the cyclist cycles so slow and delays a bus load of passengers & bus schedule, he's a public nuisance. Can charge him for that. If he assaults the bus driver, can also charge him for that too.

Which is why having the camcorder is important and a critical equipment to have to record the full situation as evidence.

If a driver cannot overtake or don't know how to switch lane, should fire him. Good job to this cyclist for helping to filter who is the lousy driver.
