Black heart ? Do you know he could potentially cause serious chain accidents to drivers and other road users who are swerving or doing ebrakes to avoid hitting him ? Who's the black heart person ?

I posted this video to serve as a warning to other road users. I'm also going to show my kid this and reiterate the importance of road safety.
