Taxi didn't speed. I think the cyclist only fall down but no serious injury. Most likely stand up again and ride away.

Based on the video Grab should sack him straightaway. Then these deliveryman will think twice before breaking traffic law.

And pay income tax.

Claim damage bicycle & equipment.
Loss of income
Hospital bills
Physio therapy bills
Cab fare

Longzhong claim abt 500k+/-

cyclist do it on purpose , he already know light is red and cars are moving, so can claim insurance
