Last time used to be pedestrians/cyclist must look out for cars on the road, look left, look right then look left and cross only if safe aka for pedestrian/cyclist 马路如虎口。。

Nowadays the rule change liao.. is the cars on the road that need to look left, look right then look infront and continue to drive only if safe, now is for cars 马路如虎口
