The cyclist must have some strong backing to do that.
I am surprised that no one is so pissed to pick up the bike and throw it at the side of the road.
More surprise that SPF not charging the joker for public nuisance. Maybe sham should explain why. Holding back public buses is now allow is it?

oh, no wonder. But usually merge, it will lead to the thread that it merges with.
Actually also dunno merge for what.

In this case, is cyclist causing public nuisance n traffic congestion, by itself can be a discussion.

Maybe he a victim?
Maybe just a sour grape who just hates everything in life. A loser in short. Car accidents are more deadly than a road cyclist who is practicing defensive riding. Yet car accidents happened everyday but there are no road bike accident involving killing a pedestrian or drivers on the road.

The car driver tone also like escalating the issues..they deserve each other actually.
