In fact, other country too facing the same irresponsible people who think they are invincible or whatever behavior they are.

But they didn’t know what they do may result to many other causes.

In fact, such riders should sent and demand them to behave with points like other drivers or motor cyclists.

Or whatever ways to ensure they behave themselves or ban bicycles or whatever transportation which shouldn’t be used at road or footpaths
