No. The issue is any tom dick harry can afford to buy a bicycle. Unlike driving, most people don't know how to be alert and check for blindspot (but now drivers also damn stupid but that's different matter).

For me, I can't drive but I have common sense to check my blindspots before making turns and I always make sure to be alert which means donch use moi smartphone lah

Every time when I hear cyclists behind me ringing their bells I will purposely walk slowly.

If the path is crowded, what do they expect?
