Think many bus drivers see cyclist, if got space they will filter and eat into then next lane to overtake. If not, slow down for the cyclist to pass, if its already near bus stop. Those yaya and reckless one then try to cut beside.

From the photo it looks like he’s on the side of the road but do note that double decker bus is big and has blind spot. The bus constantly soft honk him but he just continues only lol

Erm, if not wrong, vehicle suppose to keep a certain distance from the cyclist. Most will overtake on the left to pass. Not like they have no space to overtake.

What they expect the cyclist to do when already on the extreme left, fly off to give space ah. Its a bicycle not an aeroplane, let alone a motor vehicle, speed also cannot speed up by much.

And as mentioned above, usually bus driver will overtake on the right lane to pass. Unless already near bus stop then slow down, some honk abit to give alert. Only the yaya and reckless ones will try to bulldoze through on the same lane itself.

Erm, think cycling path is common only near housing estates and some connecting paths. Most other major roads don't have.
