Just 5 years ago, no 1 in the right mind think that OCR can sell 2k psf but here we are right now with the OCR new launches selling well, some higher level units even hit close to $2500psf.

Don't time the market, just buy the right property u are comfortable with and that your family can stay in and let inflation and Government do their job of asset enhancement.

When resell time got buyer care?

I know during brand new time.. dbss is alot higher than normal hdb as it is fully furnished and have balcony..
More about the location and balcony. But higher S&CC charges.

That's why properties in JB are selling so well now. The ABSD, high psf and lack of FH launches cause many buyers (especially PRs from Malaysia) to switch over.

Dbss eat up the room space to become balcony..

Heard that dbss master bedroom cannot even fit a king size bed. Max is Queen size only
Not sure about bed size, I slept on futon. Okay for me and my SO. Mine was at TPY. 4rm.

Those with big families might feel the space constraint.

U can buy at 2k, 2.5k or even 3k..

But when want to cash out time.. dont talk about profit.. can break even or not..

My relative bought one at Toa Payoh Lorong 1A. S$1.1m. Now last transacted price S$1.6m. I been there. Large and spacious compared to new HDB units. Got good view of MacRitchie Reservoir. Really quite huat.

Anyone who bought before or during Covid should be sitting on good profits.

For recent new launches, nobody knows if will continue to be profitable and if really can sell at 3x psf next time . But does seem like sg properties can only go up up up
Ya I sitting on 700k+ of paper profit. Even if psf drop $300 I also no scared
