Ke P may end up lose deposit if the youth voters never turn up on voting day

In the 2022 9-in-1 elections, TPP only won 1 seat (高虹安) and only 4.7% of total votes. If this continues into 2024, he will lose big again

Yup… Ke simply doesn’t have the support some people think he has. Youth voters are outspoken and aggressive, but most of them not interested in politics at all, will not travel back to hometown to vote.

If they don’t feel passionate enough to turn up to vote, Ke might lose big time … at max max can only get 15% of voteshare.

It’s damn sad.

It’s damn ironic because they want to put a stop to toxic blue/green fighting but Ke and the white themselves are much more toxic than blue/green.

There is little doubt about it. He doesn’t have that much support as people think.

His supporters are aggressive and vocal that’s why seems like it’s a substantial significant number but no, that sort of aggressive behaviours are pissing off a lot of middleground voters, which is a far larger number.

If Ke can pull off 25% of total vote it is already a big miracle and that’s largely at the expense of people hating a very horrible dpp.

If dpp isn’t so horrible Ke may only get less than 10% max max.

Current opinion polls showing Ke having more than 25% are the ones that add on to youth votes.. you all heard of jia quan? Go check it up. That’s what is making his poll look high. In actual fact without jia quan, it’s definitely less than 20%. Maybe max 15%.

This election is not for Ke. He is the reason why Tw has to live with a bad dpp in power.

Taiwan election isn’t the same as ours.. each presidential vote can get 30 twd and each party vote can get 50 twd.. even if kp loses, he will still get a ton of money just buy having the votes..

Yup… indeed. But kmt is nonetheless still no. 2 ..

That’s why dpp mostly focuses on whacking kmt because dpp knows very well too Hou is currently no. 2 …

And if enough tpp and Ke supporters really don’t want dpp to retain power.. they might vote Hou, for the sake of it, because Hou being no. 2 has a better chance than hopeless Ke.

That’s for the sake of preventing dpp from retaining power.

But of course hopes are not high at all. Chances are votes will be very split … dpp will retain power with around 38-43% votes or slightly more even possibly.

KMT and tpp will senselessly split their vote share uselessly and laughably.
