They are really inconsistent and there are now reports that Shen was being abused by the prosecutor even when he is in hospital and said things like 你們中國人都是這樣. Please lah, you know this case is sensitive and whole Taiwan is looking at you, should keep those comments to yourself.

no, in the appeal statement, 北檢provided stronger argument why the 4 of them should continue lock up.....in all fairness, the normal court decision was a bad one. they committed serious offence how to let them go out jalan jalan???

Which is stupid right? Why isit that prosecutors cannot provide that argument the first time? I think it’s more on the prosecutor than the judge.
