北檢偵辦前民眾黨主席柯文哲涉及的京華城容積率案、政治獻金等案件，由於關鍵帳房「橘子」許芷瑜至今仍未到案，且北檢認為即使配戴電子腳鐐，也無法保證柯文哲等人100%不會逃亡，因此於昨（31）天傍晚向高院提起抗告，希望撤銷柯文哲等4人的交保裁定。今（1）晚高院最新裁定出爐，柯文哲等人交保撤銷，發回台北地院重為裁定。
